Welcome, I'm glad you are here!  Before I tell you why I love this work so much, let me tell you a little about myself. I am a mother of two. A lover of creation and all of the mystery it holds, especially the intimate dance between science and spirit.  I love to learn and am always seeking new ways to expand my knowledge. I graduated ministry school and was ordained in 2018, became a Frequency Practitioner in 2020, and received my CNHP in 2021. I have studied many nervous system regulation modalities, including; Bach Remedies, Iridology, Tapping, Somatic therapies, and Emotion Code. I am passionate about helping others live their healthiest, happiest, most authentic lives.

My journey.......

Although I had lived a holistic life for over a decade, I found myself challenged by health concerns requiring me to expand my vision and knowledge if I were going to experience the healing I was seeking.  I felt frustrated and burned out.

While in deep prayer and meditation, I heard, "Frequency is the answer you seek".

I knew about herbs, supplements and holistic living but what was this frequency?  How could this help?  I began to research. The more I leaned into research, the more I was given spiritual downloads to deepen my research, knowledge, and understanding.  It felt like I was being divinely lead but not just to help myself, I knew this new information was given to me to share with others.  

~Maybe not all answers lie in bloodwork, labs, and testing.  Maybe emotional health and the need to love and nourish my inner self held many of the answers I was seeking. Maybe my physical health concerns were rooted in emotions.

I believe this opened the pathway to my journey of living authentically healthy.  Living in harmony with myself and nature.  Re-learning to love myself and watching my entire being flourish with this new way of living.  I began to raise my frequency and watch physical ailments diminish.
